Role of Decision Support
Decision Support provides analytical, business and information support to all areas of the hospital to assist in the achievement of performance management initiatives and strategic goals. Specifically, the department provides the following services:

Implementation of Business Intelligence system
As a component of theﾠBuilding Our Futureﾠprogram, a Performance Management framework has been developed for RCH. To enable the measurement and reporting of key performance indicators, a Business Intelligence system has been implemented as a means for those indicators to be effectively reported to managers throughout all levels of the organisation.
