Advice and Support
CRDO staff can provide advice on all stages of clinical research project development - whether you would like assistance developing a protocol, advice regarding research coordination, support in complying with regulatory and ethics requirements or tips for project management.
If we are unable to address your needs, we can refer you to other research enablers on campus that can provide appropriate assistance.
CRDO advice is free to all staff on the RCH, MCRI and UMDP campus, although it is subject to staff availability and workload.

Introduction to the CEBU Data Management Office
The MCRI enabling facilities have long provided support to research groups with expertise in the areas of bioinformatics, biostatistics and clinical trials. We are also now expanding the services offerred in support of data management activities.
The Data Management Office is part of MCRI’s Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics Unit, and has been created to increase the capacity for high quality research, and foster good data management practices by providing help with, guidance on and tools for managing the data of your research project.

Advice is free to all staff on the RCH, MCRI and UMDP campus, although it is subject to some limits and staff availability and workload. Researchers seeking external funding for projects involving substantial input from CEBU (and related) staff should include a provision for funds to cover costs.

CEBU Advice and Consultancy
CEBU staff can provide advice on all aspects of the design, analysis and presentation of results of studies addressing issues in child and adolescent health based at the Royal Children's Hospital. Advice and, in some cases, practical assistance with establishing databases and performing analysis, is provided free of charge to the extent possible within available resources, although they request that researchers seeking external funding for projects involving substantial input from CEBU staff should include a provision for funds to cover their costs.
