Assesment
- Menstrual history (Last menstrual period, duration, flow, pain )
- Sexual activity: if active discuss safe sex and contraception
- Associated symptoms (bowel, bladder, fever, nausea, vomiting)
- Consider performing hCG in all patients, and always consider urinary or GI aetiology
