How to join ChIPS?
Referral Process
The first step to becoming involved in ChIPS is completing a referral form and returning it to the ChIPS Office. The referral form can be filled in by anyone but it needs to be endorsed by the young persons healthcare professional.
Once ChIPS have received your referral it will be assessed by the ChIPS team who will contact you to discuss your interest in and suitability for the program.

Young person is offered a position in a place on upcoming ChIPS 8 Week Group or Intensive group or referred to more appropriate services |
All new participants complete an 8 Week Group or Intensive Group before they can take advantage of year round recreational, social and leadership activities.
