Professional Learning

Professional learning includes both academic courses and professional development programs that draw from clinical, research and practice knowledge to build capacity across different sectors, systems and professional groups in the broader community.

The integrated working environment means that individuals from across the organisation are engaged to deliver lectures, seminars, workshops and training, negotiated to meet the professional needs of an organisation or sector. These may address a specific adolescent health issue, strategies for working with adolescents, intervention and prevention frameworks, and organisational and systems change.
