Established in 1991, the Centre for Adolescent Health is recognised nationally and internationally for its commitment and achievements in advancing young people's health and wellbeing.

The vision statement, 'making the difference to adolescent health' is based on advancing knowledge, practice and policy in relationship to adolescent health and reflects the ethos of the Centre for Adolescent Health.

The Centre responds to the health problems that affect young people between the ages of 10 and 24 years.
