Research Philosophy
The Academic Child Psychiatry Unit (ACPU) conducts all its clinical research according to National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) guidelines, in accordance with internationally accepted ethical conventions. All ACPU approved research aims and hypotheses, study methodologies and publications and presentations of results are in strict accord with these national and international agreements. Further, all ACPU research must have a tangible and direct benefit for all participants, including healthy control participants.
